1. Introduction

• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and at the time of each transaction. ctc77 does not knowingly accept players located outside Bangladesh.
• You must register using your own real name, mobile number, and payment details. Registering under another person's identity or using a borrowed mobile wallet is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a ctc77 employee or any of its game or technology providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to hold a ctc77 account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ctc77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — violates these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all funds being forfeited. ctc77 uses automated systems to identify duplicate accounts.

Account Information Requirements

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your national ID card or passport at registration. Nicknames, initials only, or aliases are not accepted.
• Your registered mobile number must be an active Bangladeshi number held in your own name. This number is used for account verification OTPs and withdrawal confirmation.
• Your registered payment wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) must be registered in your own name and match the name on your ctc77 account. Deposits from a wallet registered to a different person will be declined or, if accepted in error, refunded.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ctc77 password. Any activity under your account credentials is your responsibility. ctc77 support will never ask you for your password.

KYC Verification

ctc77 conducts KYC verification in line with standard industry practice. KYC checks may be initiated at registration or at any later point, and are mandatory before any withdrawal above a threshold set by ctc77 is processed. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will place the withdrawal on hold until verification is complete.

• Acceptable KYC documents include: national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement for address verification.
• ctc77 may request a source-of-funds declaration for accounts with high transaction volumes. This is a standard AML measure and does not imply wrongdoing by the player.
• ctc77 may suspend withdrawal processing for any account pending KYC completion. Deposited funds remain in the account wallet during the verification period and will not be confiscated solely because KYC has not yet been completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ctc77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ctc77 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit is ৳100. ctc77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ctc77 is not responsible.
• Deposits must be made from a payment wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in the same name as the ctc77 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation. ctc77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit determined to be fraudulent or made in violation of these Terms.
• ctc77 may apply transaction limits to individual accounts where fraud prevention or AML requirements make this necessary.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes of approval. During peak periods — including major BPL and T20 match evenings — processing may take up to 60 minutes. ctc77 does not guarantee specific processing times but will process all approved withdrawals as promptly as possible.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balances may be withdrawn. If a player withdraws before satisfying a bonus wagering requirement, the associated bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• ctc77 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. If requested documentation is not provided within 72 hours, the withdrawal request will be cancelled and funds will remain in the account wallet.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers on ctc77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that offer only. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds must meet the stated rollover requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player per promotion period, unless the specific offer states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using the same or different account details constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus winnings are capped at the maximum win limit stated in the specific offer terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from the balance at withdrawal.
• ctc77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of cancellation retain their existing bonus balance subject to the original wagering requirement.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only for the game or games specified in the offer. Free spins expire at the time stated in the offer terms and are forfeited with no cash equivalent upon expiry.
• ctc77 may refuse to award a bonus, cancel a pending bonus, or reverse bonus winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in conduct designed to exploit the bonus system, including low-risk hedging strategies, pattern betting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

ctc77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action where applicable.

• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the ctc77 platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in live poker variants, or coordinate bets to exploit promotions or create guaranteed profit at ctc77's expense.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials, unauthorised mobile wallet access, or proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Exploiting any technical fault, error, or vulnerability in the ctc77 platform to gain an unintended advantage. Players who identify such faults must report them to support immediately and must not exploit them. ctc77 reserves the right to void bets placed during a known fault period.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, threatening behaviour, or discriminatory conduct directed at ctc77 staff, live dealers, or other players through any ctc77 communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit any content, odds data, game mechanics, or software component of the ctc77 platform.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Responsible Gaming

ctc77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available at no cost and can be activated by contacting ctc77 customer support at any time.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session time-out: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This tool helps prevent extended uninterrupted play sessions that can impair judgment.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is not achieved within 14 days of the initial support contact, the player may escalate the dispute to ctc77's internal dispute resolution team by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. ctc77's written decision on a formal dispute is final within the scope of its internal process. ctc77 does not accept the jurisdiction of any external arbitration service unless required to do so by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ctc77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ctc77 will publish a revised version on the ctc77.bet website with an updated effective date. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the ctc77 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information — may be made without specific notification.
